Mentorship is one of the most rewarding parts of my work as a researcher. I genuinely enjoy guiding students and early-career scientists through the discovery process—helping them develop their ideas, build confidence, and gain the skills they need to thrive in research. Investing time in others’ development strengthens the science we do together and builds the collaborative, supportive culture in which I believe research should be rooted.
